2012 Benefits Package Empty
PostSubject: 2012 Benefits Package   2012 Benefits Package EmptySat Feb 18, 2012 6:20 pm

#1- I believe you all have received your 2012 Benefits package by now. You must enroll/change benefits plan by March 2, 2012, if I am not mistaken. If you want to stay in the same plan, I believe you do not have to do anything. If anyone has a different answer, please post it as a "Reply" to this thread.

#2- I just received today another envelope from Citi regarding; Health and Welfare Forms for HIP; Aetna; and UHC. I am not too sure what these forms represent. I hope someone else will post an answer if they know what should be done with these forms. Just post a "Reply" to this thread.
