2008-2009 Benefits

I trust everyone received their "Benefits Enrollment Package for 2008-2009."
What are your thoughts?
Do you think you will be making any changes? If yes, can you say why?

(This mailing was received on February 16, 2008 and they mention that enrollment period is February 19 through 5 p.m EST Friday February 29, 2008. Not much time is given to decision making. I hope people on vacation return prior to February 29th.)
