For those of you who are members of AARP....
FYI
Just received following from AARP regarding membership (magazine, etc.)

"Effective February 12, 2009, AARP increased membership dues.
Dues increased from $12.50 to $16 for a one year membership; from $29.50
to $43 for a three year membership; and from $39.95 to $63 for a five
year membership.
You may wish to sign up for the Continuous Membership Service Program, which automatically renews memberships annually and eliminates renewal notices. If you sign up, your credit or debit card will be charged a one year membership at the rate of $11.00 on the 1st day of the month that your membership expires. We'll mail you a notification letter 90 days before the membership is due to
expire, reminding you that your credit or debit card will be automatically charged. You may of course opt out of the program at any time. To sign up, call us toll-free at 1-888-OUR-AARP (1-888-687-2277). "

Getting a bit too expensive for me. What do you think?
