2010 Benefits "Lifeline" enclosure

FYI...
Along with my 2010 Benefits package I also received a "Your Lifeline" emclosure. I telephoned the number they supplied and asked if I had to join. I was told if I was a Citibnak retiree I was already enrolled. She asked for my name and she checked and said "Yes, you are alreayd enrolled."
