Just received mail today from Citi which pertains to:

"NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF CLASS ACTION
To: All participants in the Citigroup Pension Plan - consisting of the Citibuilder Cash Balance Plan, the Travelers Group Pension Plan, and the Retirement Plan of Citibank - who participated in the Plan at any time on or after January 1, 2000."

At this time I do not know what this Class Action pertains to, but more information should be forthcoming.
