 Citi help-line out-sourcing

PostSubject: Citi help-line out-sourcing   Tue Mar 04, 2008 12:30 pm

I called Citi 800 number about some suspicious email I received from "Citi" and I could have sworn that the person who answered was from some "Out-sourced" location (India possibly).
I always appreciated speaking to people on the Citi-help line because they were always so kind and spoke so distinctly. Now, I can just about understand the people who answered my past few Citi help-line calls.
Amyone else experiencing the same thing lately?
